The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 13,                                 
2003, calendar (page 1606), was read the third time:                                                
                                                                                                    
    SENATE BILL NO. 142                                                                             
    "An Act designating the Department of Natural Resources as lead                                 
    agency for resource development projects; making conforming

on SB 142.
